Cheerleading
Stunts, tumbling, jumps and dance — one team, one sport, no experience needed.
Allstar cheerleading in Salisbury for ages 3 to adult. From your first-ever class to competing at nationals, there's a place here for you.
Everyone. We mean that.
We start athletes as young as three and run classes right through to adult teams. You don't need to be flexible, strong or coordinated yet — that's what we're here for. Most of our athletes walked in having never done a cartwheel, let alone a full routine.
Come as you are. We'll build the rest.
Who it's for?
Allstar cheer combines stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance into high-energy routines performed at competitions. It's a team sport built on trust — every athlete has a role, and every role matters.
It builds strength, coordination and confidence, but the thing athletes remember is the team. There's nothing quite like hitting a routine with people who've trained beside you all season.

The pathways
Recreational
All the fun of cheer, none of the pressure. Athletes train once a week learning the fundamentals — tumbling, jumps, motions and teamwork — in a relaxed, supportive class. There's no competition requirement and no minimum commitment beyond showing up and having a go. It's the perfect place to start if you're not sure whether cheer is for you, if you want the skills and the friendships without the full season, or if you just love it and want to keep it fun. Plenty of our competitive athletes started right here.
Semi-Competitive
Ready to put your skills to work. Athletes train 30 minutes to an hour a week, learning the fundamentals of cheer and building toward performing them on a competition floor. You'll compete at local competitions and our in-house events across the season — enough to feel the buzz of competing without the demands of a full program. It's the natural next step from Recreational, and a great fit for athletes who want a taste of the competitive side while keeping the commitment manageable.
Full Competitive
Our top level, athletes train twice a week through a full competition season, competing at local comps, in-house events and nationals interstate. This is where skills sharpen, routines get serious and teams become family. It takes commitment — from the athlete and from you — but the athletes who reach this level will tell you it's worth every early morning and every drive to training. This is cheer at its most demanding and its most rewarding.
